About CCIF. The Critical Consumer Issues Forum (CCIF) is an initiative that brings together three core groups--state utility commissioners, consumer advocates, and electric company representatives--for collaboration, candid dialogue, and often consensus-building on a number of energy topics (navigating the regulatory landscape; supporting customers through times of crisis; clean energy transition; resilience; electric transportation; etc.).
